SNAP

Symbiosis International University, Pune conducts Symbiosis National Aptitude Test as a first step for admission to its post graduate programs. The test is conducted at 29 cities across India. The University offers post graduate programs in various disciplines like law, management, information technology, media, communication, design, geo-informatics, and health science through its constituent colleges. The colleges are:

Test Registration:

The candidates are required to register online at www.snaptest.org following the procedure mentioned on the website, pay the application fee of 800 INR using credit card, submit the form and print the admit card to be carried to the examination center. Candidates can also pay the application fee by sending a demand draft of 800 INR in favor of Symbiosis National Aptitude Test payable at Pune to Symbiosis Test Secretariat, Symbiosis International University, Symbiosis Infotech Campus, Plot No 15, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Pune 411057, Maharashtra.

In addition, the students need to apply to the specific Symbiosis Institute that they are targeting.

Test Pattern:

SNAP Test is a 2 hour objective test comprising of 150 questions divided across 4 sections. Each question has 4 answer options.

Scoring:

In three sections- general English, quantitative and general awareness each question carries 1 mark and in analytical &logical reasoning section each question carries 2 marks. Each wrong answer attracts 25% negative marks.

Score reporting:

SNAP Test scores are available online at www.snaptest.org and the candidate can print his snap scorecard. On the basis of his performance in SNAP he is called for the next stage of admission procedure Group Discussion & Personal Interview by the institute to which he/she has applied.
